PROCESS FLOW:

  GAS
Boosted by blower, raw biogas inflows wet desulfurization tower for first-stage H2S removal. After condensate water separation in the solid-liquid separator tank, biogas is delivered into dry desulfurization tower for second-stage H2S removal, then goes through the separator tank for dust removal and buffering, to feed the subsequent process.
  LIQUID
The chemical solution after first-stage desulfurization process turns into rich liquid, which is stored in the rich-liquid tank, then is pumped into regeneration tank by regeneration pump. The regenerated liquid flows into lean-liquid tank and is pumped by desulfurization pump into wet desulfurization tower for re-use.
  SOLID
The sulfur solids mixed with liquid is precipitated in regeneration tank, then flows into sulfur foam tank. By foam pump, the sulfur foam is pumped to filter press for water separation. And the separated sulfur can be utilized and sold out as by-products.
