Nano-hollow ceramic membrane is porous structured, produced under a series of special processes, with good chemical stability, anti-acid & alkali & high temperature, anti-microbial, high precision, high mechanical strength, easy regeneration, long service life and other incomparable advantages, used for separation of solid-liquid-gas. Its raw material is alumina, zirconia, silicon oxide,etc.
The filtration accuracy covers microfiltration, ultrafiltration and even nanofiltration. The filter aperture can be adjustable based on the different filter media from 10 nanometers to 10 micrometers, narrow pore size distribution, and the membrane surface can be modified with different materials to increase filtration accuracy and filter throughput. In addition, the pressure loss through the membrane is small, filtration pressure is less than 0.2Mpa, low energy consumption.
This product can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, coal, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection industries such as filtration, purification, sterilization, cleaning and other processes.
1, Type of ceramic membrane
Ceramic membrane is a kind of solid membrane. It is a ceramic filter material with porous ceramic as the support and microporous ceramic membrane as filter layer. The main materials are inorganic materials such as Al2O3, ZrO2, SiC, Si3N4, TiO2 and SiO2. Ceramic membrane can be divided into microfiltration (MF) membrane, ultrafiltration (UF) membrane, nanofiltration (NF) membrane, reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, etc. According to the structural features, it can be divided into symmetrical ceramic membrane and asymmetric ceramic membrane, The asymmetric ceramic membrane consists of at least two layers and in some cases three or more layers. The ceramic membrane can also be divided into tube type, multi-channel type and flat type according to the configuration.
