Animal manure, agro waste, industrial organic sewage, food waste, etc. are all good materials for biogas production; Feedstock for biogas plant can be single material or compounds. Slurry must be in proper conditions before feeding reactors, e.g, solid size, TS%, pH value and C/N ratio, etc. It can not contain harmful substances that would restrain biological reaction.
ALONG BIOGAS owes mature technologies and reliable equipment to effect modifications & regulations on physical & chemical characteristics of various waste, to meet the requirements of the subsequent anaerobic reactors for feedstock.
ANAEROBIC DIGESTION
Considering factors of waste characteristics, site conditions and project budget, ALONG BIOGAS can provide client with the most suitable AD technologies. Anaerobic Reactors can be designed and engineered to operate using a number of different configurations and can be categorized into:
1, Batchvs. Continuous Process Mode:
specified by Dry vs. Wet type anaerobic digestion;
2, Mesophilic vs. Thermophilic Temperature Conditions:
specified by Mesophilic 35-38ºC vs. Thermophilic 52-55ºC;
3, High vs. Low Portion of Solids:
specified by CSTR (Continuous Stirring Tank Reactor) vs. UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket);
4, Single Stage vs. Multistage Processes:
specified by CSTR primary treatment vs. CSTR+UASB two-stage treatment.
