After two-stage desulphurization processes, then go through our GasDec system (Pressurized Washing) for carbon removal, biogas could be upgraded to make CNG, for vehicle or going into national pipeline network.

The gas quality after upgrading as below:

Procedures of our biogas upgrading system:
1,  Gas
Outlet pressure of desulphurization system is about 37 KPa. Water and impurities are removed in the biogas filtration. Then boosted by biogas compressor, the gas goes into absorption tower, flows through the packings in tower from the bottom up, reacts with the absorption solution, which is sprayed down in the tower. The CO2 is absorbed into the liquid while methane would take up most content in the cleaned gas. The product gas is pressurized by CNG compressor at 20 ~ 22 MPa, bottled in the tank lorry for transportation outside.
 
2,  Liquid
The liquid is pressurized by barren-liquor pump, then is sprayed down along the packing layers  in the tower through solution-distributor. Then contacts with biogas, absorbs CO2, the liquid becomes pregnant solution. Then goes into regeneration tower for pressure reduction and stripping for CO2 desorption, after cooled, the solution becomes barren liquor. The cleaned barren liquor is pressurized and delivered to absorption tower for recycling.

The CO2 can be treated for producing food-grade or industrial grade.
