Product Description

Our GasCle system is for the pre-treatment of raw biogas or landfill gas, suitable for biogas flow 20 ~500 Nm³/hr. The raw biogas from digester always contains saturated water vapor, physical impurities and hydrogen sulfide. These substances should be removed before the utilization of biogas, to avoid damage to generator, burner of boiler and torch or other equipment.

The GasCle system is skid mounted in combination of multiple functional units, or individually installed at project site.

The biogas will enter into the water condenser from the sideways, then rotating with high speed among the inside cover of the condenser, rotate to the bottom, and then from the bottom to inside filter. in the process of rotation, because of the function of centrifugal force, the water will be separated from the biogas. inside the top of the water condenser, installed with filter screen, when the biogas flow out, it will through the screen,

 

The roots Blower will increase the pressure of the biogas, and then transfer to the next application equipment.
